The 2011 Spring Fishing and Boat Show was a great success. Thanks to all our live radio guests, the people that stopped by to say hello and those interested in learning more about US Reel. As well thanks to Jim Grayston and Carol Caputo of the OTMP booth for their kind hospitality.

Here’s a shot of Pete with a gorgeous Largemouth that he caught while pre fishing for the Berkley B1 Bass tournament. It’s his biggest bass in the last 2 seasons. Hopefully it will bite one more time for one of our Fish’n Canada teams!

One of the participants from the Kelly Shires Snow Run had her trailer and 3 sleds stolen March 29th, 2010.
The trailer was clearly marked with the Foundation's logo and sponsors names.
If anyone has seen this trailer, please call the Police.
UPDATE:
Trailer and Van have been found - ditched in different locations near Brantford. Trailer tires and rims were removed and might also be "for sale" The following three sleds are still missing.

Ang & Reno Inducted into Canadian Angler Hall of Fame |

On the first day of the Spring Fishing and Boat Show Angelo and Reno Viola, John Kerr and Bruce Park were inducted into the Canadian Angler Hall of Fame. At the same event, the 2010 Rick Amsbury Award of Excellence was presented to Facts of Fishing host Dave Mercer. The Fish'n Canada crew congratulates all involved.

Outdoor Journal & Princecraft at the 2010 Toronto Boat Show |

The January 9th Outdoor Journal Radio show was broadcast live from the Princecraft booth during the 2010 Toronto Boat Show. Our hosts were surrounded by a bevy of rigs that make dreams come true. Everything from fishing to pontoon boats were on display and the prices were outstanding. Princecraft was giving up to 4,000 dollar rebates on certain models… obviously this year is a buyers market!
Thanks to all the Princecraft crew for putting up with the loud voices, and Jack Summers & Jack Bisby for sitting in live during the broadcast
The show carries on through the weekend of the 16th & 17th. If you can get there, get working on one of the Princecraft dealers… the prices are outstanding!!!
