Passports - Not Until June 2009:December 26, 2007 - The Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of Public Safety, issued the following statement in response to the decision by the United States to delay until June 1, 2009, at the earliest, implementation of passport requirements for travel by land and sea under the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI).
